Tandem

Ombudsman for language class participants

Class participants in 'Tandem International' schools can turn to the quality Ombudsman with any complaints relating to their school.

The process is as follows:

1. If there are differences of opinion, speak with the responsible person in the school

2. If that does not help, speak with the school which arranged the course for you

3. If this is also unsuccessful, write a detailed report to the Ombudsman. First you get an acknowledgement of receipt, then the Ombudsman indicates the further steps to you.
